Really pleased with the care I've received at Richmond Primary Care. The doctors are attentive, thorough, and actually take the time to listen — which is refreshing in a primary care setting. The staff at the front desk are friendly and the office runs fairly smoothly. Wait times can occasionally run a bit long but the quality of care makes it worthwhile. A trustworthy and reliable primary care practice on Staten Island.
I am a medical student, 8 months away from becoming a physician. I just recently moved to the area and established care at this office. I had some pending lab work from another doctor, so instead of running it a second time, I was encouraged to forward it on to them once the results were back. I wasn’t expecting anything bad from the bloodwork and was surprised to discover I had low B12, well past the threshold of causing neurological injury (148!!!). Office must be over worked. They let the phones ring and you dont have a option to leave a voice. My pharmacy can never get them to get a. Perscrition renewed.The office is clearly mismanaged ring
