In reading the previous reviews I wonder how many people are taking their own problems and projecting them on RP&L. The power rates are far below the national average and are even some of the lowest in the country. That seems like a big win. Being a municipal provider, it is not run like most other companies, shareholders are not pushing for profits. These people are my neighbors and the dollars I pay are staying here in my community. If only there was an option to leave negative amounts of stars. I hate it and I swear they have to hire the most cold hearted ppl ever here.
Do not care about it’s customers and only about money. Don’t be going through a hard time because all they have is a 10 day extension.
