Spoke with Pete on Thursday regarding a 68 year old Richmond house with some old plumbing which was failing. He took time to find out what my immediate need was and recommended someone who had a number of years in dealing with that issue. I called him that afternoon, he was at my house by 4pm gave me an estimate and fixed the problem on Saturday.
