Spoke with Pete on Thursday regarding a 68 year old Richmond house with some old plumbing which was failing. He took time to find out what my immediate need was and recommended someone who had a number of years in dealing with that issue. I called him that afternoon, he was at my house by 4pm gave me an estimate and fixed the problem on Saturday. I was a cold call with no past relationship with Richmond Plumbing Specialties, Inc. and yet Pete went the extra mile to help me. Thank you Pete!
It is an old-style store with experienced employees and a comprehensive inventory of plumbing parts. Went here after wasting my time at Lowes, Home Depot, and Ferguson Plumbing Supply.
Great people and prices. They are always friendly and talk through what you need to make sure you get the right products.
What a wonderful business! An employee disassembled a bathroom center-set faucet and replaced the defective parts while I waited. I will not be shopping anywhere else for plumbing supplies.
