Night before a surgery and guess who I get a call from saying that they actually didnt get an approval from my insurance company when they assured me they did and I took 2 weeks off from work. My surgery was scheduled for 2/12 @730am. So basically after following up with everyone today 2/12, I still dont have the surgery rescheduled.
