I had physio treatment here and the therapist was very professional and helpful. I’m happy with the treatment itself. However, my experience with the front desk was disappointing. I was told that direct billing was not available for my insurance, even though I have used direct billing at other clinics. The staff said they would submit the claim manually for me and that I did not need to submit anything myself.
