We have worked with Richmond for over 20 years. Sadly, as a partner we were not informed of the ownership change to Impiri, and new management decided that our previous partnership is no longer relevant. Without informing us of any change on our most recent order, they changed billing and shipped product with no communication. It was only once invoices that we were aware of changed to our agreement and pricing. Moving for ward we will direct our customers to other suppliers. We're very disappointed.
Such a great company to work with. Everybody in the office is super friendly and Norma is the best sales rep we’ve dealt with in a long time. Shipping is quick and delivery is a breeze.
