Staff is very good at making sure you are comfortable. Dr. Chapman answers all your concerns. He's just a great guy. Been seeing him for years. Lots of trust.
Dr. Chapman is excellent at what he does. Some of the staff however are easily frustrated when things don’t go exactly as planned. I also ONLY want to see Dr.Chapman for my regular visits and reviews. I’m sure most of the problems I had were my own doings, but they weren’t handled well and I felt I could have had a “grudge” held against me.
Dr. Chapman is simply the best pain management doctor around. He has helped my mom with her sciatica and spinal stenosis pain for years. He has top notch skills, an excellent bedside manner and is super easy on the eyes!
Everyone was caring, understanding, thoughtful in a nutshell Godsent as usual. Thankful.
I have been a patient at this office for a number of years, and I can’t say enough good things about practice’s staff and Dr. Chapman. The only thing that is missing is a good timing. Before my scheduled appointment I received 3 messages requesting me to be on time for my procedure (in upper case letters 🤪). However, I waited for 50 minutes before I was invited inside, and 40 minutes more before procedure started.
