Dr. Douglas's front desk is very bad and unprofessional, which not only does not solve the problem, but also complicates small problems, which will only damage the reputation of the doctor. They don't reply to messages and don't solve patients' problems. They seem to like to do nothing and pretend to be busy. I don't know why such irresponsible and unprofessional people are in such an important position.
I met with Dr Leung a few weeks ago for a consult at Richmond General, in the very busy cast clinic. As others mentioned, there were quite a few patients waiting to see her, which made me feel alittle weary of level of care I may receive. Wow! was that an over reaction on my part. Dr Leung was so professional and took her time evaluating my injury, she answered all of my questions and concerns and gave me a very positive outlook for repairing my bucket handle meniscus tear. Dr. Fay Leung evaluated my wrist fracture by asking about my job, daily activities, hobby and exercise that I usually do and gave me her professional advice not take the surgery but instead give time to heal. Dr. Leung impressed me as she evaluating my risk, layout pros and cons of a surgery. Her warm smile and gentle voice is so pleasant and comforting. Dr. Leung is a very good doctor.
