Dr. Richard Chau and his entire team are very skilled at what they do. I’m having a painless recovery from 3 wisdom teeth extractions (2 of them surgical) in one-go. They’re also very kind and aim to create the entire experience seamless from paperwork, payment, and to surgery.
Lacks professionalism in customer service.
This review is long overdue, as this happened years ago, but I simply had to write it because I find myself continuously recommending Dr. Richard Chau to my friends and family to this day. Before seeing him, I had truly horrific experiences with my general dentist-including a previous wisdom tooth extraction on my other side that got infected and left me in agony with a week-long, painful recovery. Went in for a consult with Dr Chua. Very personable and easy going. Wasn't pushy about proceedures and recommendations. Seems like he is a very patient care oriented practitioner. Hope to be booking my wisdom tooth extraction soon. The staff is also friendly and helpful. There was no hidden fee when I finished the consult. Everything was conveyed before I came in. I got all 2 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Adam Samji. I am afraid in the beginning, but he was extremely patient, thorough, and knowledgeable. The dental assistants and front desk receptionists, I had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend.
