This was my first time ever having a tooth extraction. The front desk staff and the assistants were incredibly kind, attentive, and caring. On the day of the procedure, I was very nervous, but the dentist and assistant spoke to me gently and helped me feel calm. The procedure itself was quick and was over in no time.
Both Laura the receptionist, and Megan the technician are highly professional, and efficient. Very detail oriented, and great communication skills.
I was having a problem with a recent emergency root canal surgery I had while away from Canada. I dropped into this office unexpectedly and although their Dentist was away the two wonderful ladies, Kristina and Megan, stopped their busy work and started phoning around to alternate locations to look at my tooth. Both ladies were so helpful and patient phoning multiple other dentists to fit me in on a short notice. They secured me an appointment at a location not too far from my home. incredible team! Very thorough, provided detailed walk through of everything they will be doing, and what they were doing as they went through the procedure. Post op follow up was incredible, and the team from the Admin staff to the clinical staff are all very kind, supportive and help. I highly recommend this clinic
