The waiting corridor area floor was very dirty and the wall had lots of scuff marks on it. Had to wait 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment then had a doctor who wasn't very good at listening.
Poor service from the neurologist. I was told the procedure was not covered by Medicare; this was false information. I have expectations that doctors are truthful.
Dr Evans is an excellent neurologist, top of his field.
The reception staff were extremely difficult to work with. They wouldn’t help me make an appointment over email - ignored my request and told me to call the office despite me telling them I was unable to call. They confused me with someone else and left messages on my phone referencing a call we’d never had and asking for the referral I’d already sent.
