The waiting corridor area floor was very dirty and the wall had lots of scuff marks on it. Had to wait 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment then had a doctor who wasn't very good at listening.
Poor service from the neurologist. I was told the procedure was not covered by Medicare; this was false information. I have expectations that doctors are truthful.
