I have attempted to make an appointment with this office on two different occasions. The individuals who answered the phone sounded like I was bothering and interrupted her day. I explained that I wanted to schedule an appointment, however I was told that I needed to have my former nephologist fax over reports from my last three visits to their office and I would receive a call back after Richmond Nephology received the reports. I had blood work done 2 weeks ago. Doctor ordered it 30 days after my initial visit. I got results back and was worried about my Chloride levels. So low that it didn't register on the graph. I called the off ice and got the VM of Heather. I left a detailed message. Received a message back 2 days later not within 24 hours per the message and was told my Dr. was on vacation and he would get back with me concerning my results when he got back.
