Called to book an appointment for a motorcycle safety. Super easy transaction, and they managed to get me in and out in under 24hrs. I likely landed at a good time when they had space in the schedule, but service was friendly and everything went as expected.
Best place around service is amazing I can’t put into words how good the staff at Richmond are they go above and beyond. you can read all the 1 stars reviews some people left and you’ll realize they wanted some type of free work or they just couldn’t afford what needed to be done or didn’t like what was told to them. Local Suzuki dealer was over a month wait for a safety and they delivered a rant when asked if there was any way they could get it done sooner, or be on a cancellation list, or something. Since the universe always delivers, I call Richmond Motorsports and they were amazing! Great folks, great frequency! Came in on my birthday off the street and they safetied my bike while I waited!!
