Clean room, wonderful reception staff. We arrived from Sydney, three hours early and reception was extremely accommodating and got us settled into our room. Greatservice.Highly recommend.

Very disappointing experience with the service at this hotel. My son accidentally left his entire bag in the car park just around the corner from the hotel. When we realised and contacted the hotel immediately to ask if someone could please take a quick look, the staff were completely uninterested and unwilling to help. It would have taken only a minute for someone to walk over and check, but they simply couldn’t be bothered. My first stop overnight along the East Coast from Brisbane was in Ballina. The Richmond Motor Inn was a lovely place to stop for the night - a nicely presented spacious room with en-suite facilities. Good kitchen facilities provided in the room which would have been perfect if I’d been staying longer. Parking was easy and a space allocated outside of my room.
