This is a horrible place to live. Literally begged the owner for 6+ months to fix a serious leak. He refused and the floor ended up being compromised due to the leak. The park 'managers' children run the park, yelling and screaming outside early in the morning, throwing rocks at tenants trailers and cars. Management will tell you the rules dont apply to them and their children. The sheds are infested with rats- we lost everything we stored outside.
