Unfortunately, my experience with this doctor has been disappointing. Throughout the planning of my pregnancy, I found the follow-up care to be lacking. On multiple occasions, I had to book additional appointments to obtain test results and referrals because requests discussed during previous consultations were not actioned as promised. This made the process unnecessarily time-consuming and frustrating.
My experience is very bad by speaking to a lady at reception on Tuesday 23rd june at 9:28 to book an appointment with Dr. Partha Roy. As I am suffering with viral infection. The lady on the phone I think Dianna was not very friendly and did not understood what I am going through. I said I am unable to book an appointment through hot doc. She said she can't help me. Incredible service. I've been back in Melbourne for about 4 years now and seen a number of GPs. Dr Faustina was amazing. In my first consult she asked questions that basically gave a complete map of where my health, physical and mental, was and where it sits today. Very impressed.
Excellent services from reception and Dr Marvin.
Great services. Dr. Partha is highly recommended.
