The overall cleanliness of the clinic is spot on. The family doctors are extremely friendly and patient. The front desk staff are also welcoming. However, the main purpose is lost with very long waiting period upto 1.5-2 hours even for scheduled visits (family doctor or vaccine appointments alike). Waited until 4:25pm today for a vax shot scheduled for 2:30pm. It gets hard especially because the visits are obviously during working hours and I end up spending almost half-day time off of my own office hours, every single time.... read more
One of the workers here, black hair with bangs, has some of the worst manners I’ve ever seen, it feels like she’s actively looking to start a fight with people. Also, bringing her dog inside the clinic. Very unprofessional
The staff were rude and unhelpful, making me feel like I was a burden on them. I had to wait for ages to be served, and when I finally was, they got my prescription wrong. When I tried to get it fixed, they acted like it was my fault and refused to apologize. I would not recommend this shitshow to anyone.
