Sadly it is very difficult to get someone to answer the phones. I tried their online booking system only for them to email me back saying I have to ‘call’ for a same day appointment. So frustrating as I was calling them for days during their posted call hours with no answer. Very frustrating!
Weird experience. Put myself on the their waiting list, specified on their forms I had another doctor but they were so far from me it was impractical to go. Got called and made an appointment for intake, said I had a family doctor that was to far to be practical, was sent forms to fill out online, those forms asked for my current doctors info. You call in to try and book an appointment and no one answers. The phone recording verbatim says "there's a walk-in clinic for existing patients from 9am-11:45 just walk in and take a number" walk in and it's empty, they tell me they don't have a walk in for existing patients and that I am wrong. You can't get through to anyone to book an appointment despite it always being empty and two receptionists always on the desk. Do I need to sacrifice my first born just to see my GP?!
