Have had really excellent experiences with Richmond for the past year or so, both for myself and my son. The most recent being the other day, when I was able to get an appointment that same morning and my son had first class treatment from Dr Mistry, who did thorough checks and was so kind and personable to my 3 year old. Thank you, Dr Mistry and Richmond!
Always fit my son in for an appointment if needed. Dr Mistery especially is very professional and kind.
Absolutely disgraceful. My 85 year old father, pneumonia and infection, they wouldn't come out for a home visit because he's not registered as house bound. Disgusting attitude, should be ashamed of yourselves.
