I was travelling through. Booked 9:15 appointment. Waited over an hour for appointment because receptionist hadn’t entered my details into the system!!!
Very impressed with their prompt service to fit my 2yo son in after 2pm for a same day apt.
Best Dr we have ever had, yes she may run late but that is because she gives each patient the time they need. The other Doctors are good as I have seen them when my Doctor is not available. I have recommended this surgery to many people and I do explain that there is a delay in the timing but that just means they do not watch the clock.
Very incompetant & lazy!Tried to fob me off with a script when I explained what my needs were..Too busy wanting to get commission on top of their medicare payment when they weren't even looking after me-the patient!!Shame after a bad experience at the city with the G/Ps there I thought as I was referred here by someone seeing this G.P it sounded better?!"You can but try" but I don't recommend visiting here!!
