I can't fault this surgery at all and I've just moved house so I'm very sorry to leave it. I've had a recent diagnosis and the doctors I have spoken to have handled it fantastically and been supportive. If you want an appointment on that day you go down in the morning just before it opens and I've never had an issue with a same day appointment. Reception staff are great, can't recommend this surgery enough.
I've been with this surgery for just over 5 years now following a house move & I wanted to share how brilliant the staff here are. The receptionist are always helpful and kind both on the phone and in the surgery. I do find it frustrating that you cant book appointments in advance (my previous doctors surgery of 24 years allowed this) however I do manage to get a call back appointment on many occasions. Would rather late mental health patients suffer and leave them at risk then help them when they are crying and begging for help OH AND ALSO AN UPDATE THEY KICKED ME OUT ALL CUSE I DONT CONSENT TO TWO DOCOTRS BEING INVOLVED IN MY CARE AND ALSO ARE EMOTIONALLY ABUSIVE TO THEIR PATIENTS LETS NOT FORGET THAT ONE I HAVE THE PROOF
A few years ago I had the most traumatic experience of my life and the Drs and staff at Richmond have been a massive help on my road to recovery. I'm not going to lie and say everything was easy that's not the point. The point is we worked together to get the job done. I'm still getting there myself and I wouldnt be this far along if it wasn't for the help and support from Richmond.
