Never once had a problem staff are friendly
I can't fault this surgery at all and I've just moved house so I'm very sorry to leave it. I've had a recent diagnosis and the doctors I have spoken to have handled it fantastically and been supportive. If you want an appointment on that day you go down in the morning just before it opens and I've never had an issue with a same day appointment. Reception staff are great, can't recommend this surgery enough.
I've been with this surgery for just over 5 years now following a house move & I wanted to share how brilliant the staff here are. The receptionist are always helpful and kind both on the phone and in the surgery. I do find it frustrating that you cant book appointments in advance (my previous doctors surgery of 24 years allowed this) however I do manage to get a call back appointment on many occasions.
