Absolutely cannot fault the service I get from Richmond Medical Centre...receptionists all very kind,nice and helpful...don't have to contact the surgery very often but when I do never have a problem getting through...5 stars..
So I booked a flu jab at the surgery but unfortunately I’m disabled and no one to take me that day until a different day or later that day. Apparently I can’t change it even though my jab dose is booked , I’d have to wait until possibly some in December .it takes a nurse seconds to give the jab . The receptionist was really unhelpful can’t be bothered attitude. I won’t be bothering with ringing again about it.

Called in to ask for a print out of latest blood results to take to a hospital appointment. Got a text a short while later to say they were ready to collect. Very efficient
Richmond got my daughter in super quickly to be seen. Hopefully she's on the mend soon
