Absolutely shocking Doctors surgery can't ever get an appointment unless u run the gauntlet of phoning in 8am and if u do get through 2 claim the lottery prize of seeing a doctor it's never 1 u have see before and u can only ask about 1 problem per lottery win terrible reception staff as well Overall AVOID IT
Absolutely disgusting reception staff who illegally try to diagnose a patients problem over the phone. They are not medically trained to do so. They also are rude and bring this doctors surgery down massively. Reported to cqc!
Tried to get some medical advice from this centre, last week when we were on holiday nearby. Number 2 in the queue for 45 minutes, then moved to number 1, after a further 45 minutes, we gave up. Absolutely shocking service. Received help from Darwen Treatment Centre, who l have given 5 * for their service.
Update: been discharged from their service a month ago they told me yesterday. The complaint I raised was ignored by their staff and had to be elevated to higher authorities. I can find hundreds of ex patients of this practice in this area and they all left because these issues have been present for years, so long that their staff think that is the correct way to behave.
