Its unfortunate to have to leave a bad review, and I gave the company ample time to rectify this situation. I called over 2 weeks ago and pointed out issues that occurred during my last 2 service visits. When I called they were very defensive and the conversation was not productive so I asked them to discuss and call me back. Needless to say I never got a call back to address the issues.
