I bring my two children to Dr. Jimeno; he is very good. When I have to come on a day when he is not there, we suffer because the other doctors are basic. The only thing I've never been happy about is the lack of commitment to appointments; It always takes more than an hour to get served and I feel it's an abuse. I've tried arriving up to half an hour early to see if they'll be there, but they still won't.
I would like to take a moment to express how delighted I am with our experience at this pediatric office. Dr. Ernesto Jimeno Chacín is an excellent doctor—professional, attentive, and with a wonderful sense of humor that makes every visit much more pleasant. We always feel very comfortable with him, and something I truly love is seeing how my baby recognizes him and seems calm and happy during his appointments. Excellent experience at this pediatric center. From the very first moment, they make you feel comfortable and at ease—something so important when it comes to our children. The Front desk is not professional. I got appointment 4pm, she scheduled almost 4 patients at same times, and we wait 2 hours
