Mi esposa y yo fuimos atendidos por el doctor Jimeno, que increíble docto que desde que llegó le explicamos que teníamos muchas dudas con nuestra pequeña bebé de 2 meses ya que anteriormente íbamos de otro pediatra que nunca nos explicaba nada y solo era, todo está bien, o todo es normal, sin ninguna explicación, este doctor se tomó la molestia de explicarnos todo a detalle y sin problemas, incluso dándonos recomendaciones con nuestra preciosura, lo recomendamos al 100% y más que también es venezolano y te hace sentir como e... read more

Would have loved to have my children see the doctor. I called to book well child visits for my 2 kids. I called in advance and gave my insurance information over the phone and they confirmed that my insurance was accepted. After I arrive for the appointment, they then told me the insurance is not accepted. I asked why I was told my insurance was accepted when I made the appointment and the receptionist just shrugged her shoulders. No apology, just a simple pointing to my insurance card.
