Very good place, fixed a problem with my car within half a day. I bought a defective car from Kevin Dennis Skoda in Ardeer, that dealership wasted me for two days with "couldn't replicate the issue on our own yard", whereas I did that in less than 5 mins and "oh, you have dashcam wires glued to a pillar, so we will void your warranty"... These guys just fixed the problem I had to deal with for two months and I'm really thankful them for that.
Always helpful and informative with vehicle information and servicing
Skoda Richmond is the worst company I had ever to do with. I had a car service there last August. I got a complementary rental car for that day from them. I used it only for one day. They then nominated me as a driver for a toll payment which occurred the next day. I returned the car before. That was nine month ago, since then I try to get rid of that toll payment that by now increased to 230 AUD. Their service team repeatedly told me they will take care about it and never did. Next Monday the costs will increase to 500 AUD.... read more
Really horrible customer service. Wouldn't recommend anyone to take their car here!
