Buying was easy. 5 year warranty gone in 3 years. Every 15000k service for a new car just stupid, since they dont check the whole car. Service..oil and water check! My car had a 90000 check. Didn't think to check the safety points. Was told it was my fault for not reporting electrical faults despite them presenting after my service. Richmond Skoda wanted $180 for new windscreen wipers. $20 locally. Steer clear
Just bought a new Kamiq from Jason at Richmond Skoda and it was a really great experience. Every time we contacted the team they were prompt in their response, spent time with us while we decided on the right model and made the process really easy. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

Really unimpressed with the servicing here. Following a routine service (that was overpriced and they tried to upsell me with unnecessary parts and light globe changes…) I was told that I needed new brake pads and discs which I knew and they said they would book it in. A week before the appointment I rang to confirm my booking as no email or text confirmation was sent.
