Nick V was really helpful to secure a purchase for us after our negotiation in other Skoda dealership fell through. After hearing our previous experience, Nick and his boss came to the party, met our requirements and we were happy closing a good deal. The deliver of the car was flawless, Nick was ready for us, had all the paperwork done and was really thorough showing us all the features and functions of the vehicle. Few days later he reached out again to make sure all was well. Overall, very good experience.
Nick V was fantastic. I was operating on a strict budget and he worked hard with me to explore the options and make the purchase viable. Really happy with the car and the outcome!
Sarah was super helpful in arranging the service, car was ready in time for me to get to another appointment. Great communication which made it a pleasant experience.
I had the worst service experience. I visited for a noise issue related to the clutch, but the manager and service team failed to diagnose the problem. They haven't gave a technician to explain the issue.Danial, the head of the service team, was completely unhelpful.Instead of addressing the actual problem, they replaced the brakes and claimed the noise was due to them. Terrible customer service experience at Richmond Skoda this morning. I had booked my car for a service at Richmond Skoda on 19th March 2025 at 7.45am. I am reporting this issue as the Customer Service provided by "Sarah" was rude,dismissive and unfriendly. She advised me that there is no way they can figure out what was done with my previous service at another Skoda dealer and she would need the piece of paper ( in today's high tech world really ??) provided to me after my previous service.
