**UPDATE end of Jan 25** Issues remain. I walked away with the work being done, and when my wife tried to use her Skoda key, it wasn't working!! When I called Skoda, they informed me they needed all the car keys to be programmed. It was immensely frustrating as they had to book me in for a service, and the earliest service was in March! Finally, when receiving the car back, my wife (as well as my kids) noticed small dents in our car. Car is great. Sales team were useless. Told us we had certain inclusions in a service pack that weren't included. Told me it's not their fault as that sales person has left. Currently pursuing costs via accc. Damaged car during service that they thought they could get away with. Gave us dirty loan cars with food in the back. Avoid at all costs. GM, Dimmy, is useless.
