Skoda Richmond is the worst company I had ever to do with. I had a car service there last August. I got a complementary rental car for that day from them. I used it only for one day. They then nominated me as a driver for a toll payment which occurred the next day. I returned the car before. That was nine month ago, since then I try to get rid of that toll payment that by now increased to 230 AUD. Their service team repeatedly told me they will take care about it and never did. Confirmed booking, zero preparation. Want to feel firsthand what indifference feels like? Well step right into Richmond Skoda. Salespersons more interested in their phones than the customer in front of them. My car wasn’t ready as promised, with no communication or apology. Deep sighs and complaints at having to move cars around to facilitate my test drive. As a courtesy, I forwarded feedback directly to the dealership which, like my interest as them as a business, disappeared into the ether.
