We were sold a dream upon visiting about how you "get what you pay for" and how our dad would be taken to the pub if he wished and all of the fun they would be able to document for us via camera if we were to ever worry, how there's never anyone in their bedrooms as they are up having too much fun and that they could work around our work schedules if we wanted to visit no problem, in reality our father was plonked in a chair, the same chair, day in day out, not shown the toilet to the point where he wet himself (now hes back... read more
An absolute gem - we never thought we would find a home as lovely as this one! It is lovely, very well kept with excellent facilities. The staff are fantastic and so welcoming - my nanna has settled in so well. I'm so glad we found Richmond House. Thank you!
Absolutely perfect. Brilliantly run and managed by an amazing team including all staff. One of the hardest disicions we ever had to make was made easier. This home provides our mother with the best care we could have hoped for. Clean caring and entertain staff. Thank you all for looking after our precious mum.
My mum has been in Richmond House just over two years now, its a lovely place for her to live, the staff are all lovely she is well looked after ,and the meals are lovely as well ,we as a family don't have to worry about her ,she's getting the best care we could wish for her xxx
