We are ever so grateful to a brilliant team at the Richmond hospital who no doubt saved Chris's life when he had a heart attack while visiting Richmond recently. The nurses and visiting doctor where so quick and efficient to stabilised him then arranged transfer with RFDS to Townsville. We are forever grateful to you kind people.

We live 240km away from the Richmond Hospital. On Tuesday afternoon I had to drive my 2 year old grandson into Richmond for medical purposes. On arrival, the Hospital was full to the brim with patients, many of them elderly and the staff were extremely busy. We were however, greeted warmly and ushered into a room with a cot made up for my Grandson and a bed made up for his mother, 2 beautifully cooked meals and juices for them.
