STAY AWAY!! BAD SERVICE!! RUDE STAFF!! DISHONEST TECHNICIANS!! I made an 9am appointment to get 2 new tires put on loose wheels. It should have been about 30 minutes worth of work. It turned into almost 2 hours. But that is not the worst of it. The staff is the worst of it. It started with the service writer, who felt no need to even offer to help me with the old tire and wheel assemblies, and the 2 new tires. Me and friend took his bike up there, because of a recall on a part , two months later they said waiting on parts , a week later was told they couldn’t work on the bike because his exhaust wasn’t stock. Now the part we needed had nothing to do with the darn exhaust . Smh almost 3months and all we got was sorry nope can’t work on it .
