We partnered with Scott Honan for a development and he left us holding the bag with unpaid engineers. He claimed to have the check in the mail to everyone involved and we watched as his own employees were let go one after another, having him blame everyone but himself. Beware the snake oil salesman.
This company owes me over 100k. Yes that’s right, 100k. I performed emergency restoration work for them. I dealt with the insurance company (Travelers) and they sent them a check for the full amount. After reaching out to travelers they informed me Richmond Honan cashed the check. Everyone I spoke to directed me to the owner, Scott Honan. I have been working with this company for six years and have never had an issue. The staff and owner are professional and have enormous experience. Doing this for thirty plus years, let’s you be assured they are doing something right.
Contractors beware Richmond Honan does not pay their invoices. Every past due reminder is replied by "awaiting approval by Scott Honan." (Several months of waiting) Scott is the co-founder and CEO of both Richmond Honan & LifeHope ministries. Even reaching out to him directly, still no reply.
