I am very unhappy with the way the owner was speaking to my grandmother. Very argumentative. Take your business elsewhere if you want good, KIND, customer service. He refused to accept a return for a brand new UNUSED mattress protector that he sold to her for $100, which he further mislead my grandmother about. He did not mention any type of return policy for this item - owner also opened item in store.
