I brought my Subaru in for a routine maintenance appointment and noticed scratches on the car when I picked it up. When I pointed it out, the dealership initially denied that the damage could have happened while the car was there. Luckily, they take pictures of the vehicles before servicing them, and the pictures clearly showed that the scratches were not there when I dropped the car off.
