Very unprofessional service advisor. I will not go back there again.
The Service advisor was very unprofessional. He lied about prices, he promised a discount that he did not honor. Also, he lied about the steps that the mechanic was planning to take to fix my car and he gave me the wrong advise. I will never go back. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Go ahead and say that you do not have a record of me but everyone should know that Subaru is not reliable . I do not understand why the make has such high rating when some major parts break down just after 100, 000kms. Do not buy this trash... read more
