Staff were so patient and kind and professional. Super helpful and informative with products and reasonable pricing for items. Highly recommended coming here especially for younger kids.
My 2 children were seen by Dr. Chawla and all the staff members are amazing. What I’ve noticed that was different from other clinics we’ve visited is that pretest is very thorough and ask a lot of questions. My kids did the testing which wasn’t covered by ohip but was able to find out their eyes are on the longer scale, with the possibility of having a higher prescription as they grow. Had an appointment for annual check up. Dr Chawla was thorough and approachable. She investigated my concerns and reassured me all ok. Glad to learn i did not need new glasses- they even checked my current glasses to see if any adjustments were needed.. I really like this clinic as I never feel pressured to buy my glasses here - i do really like the selection. Thank you Dr Chawla and team for another great experience this week.
Would not recommend. They try upsell you to make money off of you. Just like all the other negative reviews have mentioned - you’ll feel super pressured to buy things (always trying to sell us sunglasses even when I’ve mentioned we have many pairs…) and they are super shady in terms of recommending things you DONT need (that are obviously private pay). HEAR ME OUT - recommended a retinal photo for my 4 yo’s annual screening eye exam. My child is healthy, no eye complaints, was NOT premature baby with any NICU stay … somehow ... read more
