The clinic staff are wonderful—very friendly, caring, and always willing to help. The doctor is knowledgeable and compassionate. My only concern is that the practice seems extremely busy, and at times I feel patients don't receive the level of attention they need. Follow-up can also be inconsistent. Overall, it's a good clinic with a great team, but I think more thorough patient follow-up would make the experience even better.
Doctor Kakavand.. more like doctor kaka He refused to give us a referral after several complaints of hormonal issues, he shut us down before we could finish our sentence about our health concerns and walked out of the office. Never experienced such a lack of empathy and basic respect. I will never be back at this clinic as it gave me severe trauma to speak my concerns.
