"It took us forever to be seen at Richmond Hill Medical Mall as walk-in. ! We arrived 11 am and was seen past 2 pm. The moment we registered we asked about the wait time and was told 1 hr. We waited patiently.But when we were called, we waited again for 20-30 mins in the room.. Our experience got worse when we saw a physician ,her name is Atoosa Zand, she is dismissive and rude, arrogant and has a tone of condescension. This physician atoosa zand appears very irritable, avoided eye contact, and was quite rude. It felt like she was rushing through the appointment just to write the prescription and move on
