I was dealing with Allen on one of the luxury pre-owned vehicles for sale in the dealership. Just want to appreciate the efforts and quick response & great customer service of Allen. I did not end up buying the vehicle from them but I really appreciate the efforts.
Recently, I had bought an inexpensive car from this premium used car dealer. Although I bought a low-end car from them, I still received premium services. The car was nicely detailed. My salesman Allan was very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Their in-house service man Philip did an excellent job in preping my car, and he probably is the nicest person you could meet. Two thumbs up and highly recommended.
This is a scam！I planned to sold a car to them and they offered the quote thousands of dollars less than other dealers. They will scare you and provide false information and open unknown websites to give you extremely low quotes. They think their customers are stupid.
