Great friendly staff
Unfortunately, I had a very upsetting experience with the doctor during our recent visit. My child was already nervous about being at the clinic, and to make matters worse, the doctor was noticeably impatient and disrespectful—especially considering the language barrier we were facing. Instead of trying to communicate calmly or with understanding, the doctor seemed frustrated and dismissive, which only made my child feel more anxious and uncomfortable. I always come to Richmond Hill Family Vision for my annual check-up, and the service is consistently amazing! The staff is attentive and efficient, making the eye exam process smooth and comfortable. They also have a great selection of frames, and the team is helpful when it comes to choosing the right pair. Highly recommend!
I had to pay out of pocket for my lenses because they told me it would be more affordable that way. Later, I received a letter from my insurance showing they were also billed for the same lenses. When I called to ask about it, they just said, “Oh, okay — you can come in and pick a free pair of glasses.” That feels really dishonest.
