Shantel is an outstanding salesperson who genuinely takes the time to find the perfect frame for you. Overall, the experience is excellent. But I do recommend that they should renovate the place. The furniture does look old. The chairs are peeling. I think it would boost their sales more to invest into the design of the place

Unfortunately, I had a very upsetting experience with the doctor during our recent visit. My child was already nervous about being at the clinic, and to make matters worse, the doctor was noticeably impatient and disrespectful—especially considering the language barrier we were facing. Instead of trying to communicate calmly or with understanding, the doctor seemed frustrated and dismissive, which only made my child feel more anxious and uncomfortable.
