I’m really grateful for Dr. Lam’s taking care during the eye exam. I had been nervous with my eye before seeing her, but I felt huge relieved when leaving her. Dr. Norris Lam has provided me comprehensive eye exams and taken time to explain the details to me, she also answered all my questions with patience. Dr. Lam is such a professional, caring and hardworking doctor I have ever met. Meanwhile, I enjoyed the friendly and comfortable environment of the whole clinic.
Dr. Lau is really caring and really passionate in her practice. She helped refer me to a laser eye clinic in Toronto that I was really interested in while giving me insight on what to expect after LASIK surgery. Just after my surgery, she immediately reached out to me to schedule a follow-up appointment the day after to assess the recovery of my eyes (most importantly my swollen cornea).
