I’ve been attending EarlyON centres for the past 3 years and have always appreciated the warm and welcoming environment — until my recent experience with a staff member named "Sanam". While I was speaking, she rudely closed the door in my face, which was extremely disrespectful and unnecessary. Have been bringing my child here since he was 12 months old. The staff at this location are amazing. They are caring, engaging and put so much of themselves into the programming. Activities/toys are rotated. The space is big, bright and inviting. It does get to capacity rather quickly. Really appreciate the staff.

I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at EarlyOn Education due to the unprofessional conduct of some employees. On multiple occasions, I witnessed staff members yelling at my child and other children in a manner that was aggressive, disrespectful, and completely inappropriate for an educational setting. Earlyon needs to come up with a better system to alert parents coming from afar to attend these classes. Drove over 45m to the Family Stay & Play class so that my toddler can get some movement in before his nap only to be turned away at the door due to capacity. Perhaps maybe a rotation so that the first batch of parents who’ve already had some time there can rotate out for others.
