The most irresponsible dental experience I have ever had. About a month ago, I started a root canal treatment at this clinic. One of the root canals could not be completed by the dentist, and the tooth was left with only a temporary filling. A week later, I was told that another dentist would continue the treatment, and an appointment was scheduled. Dr.Phong is the best dentist that I have ever had. He explains everything before he starts and makes sure you understand; then he explains as he is implementing it. He has done the very best. I have never been as pleased. The staff is also amazing.

I highly recommend this dental office. I've had my teeth cleaned 3 times in 8 months, and I was unhappy because the stains were still on my teeth after the cleaning. I saw Richmond Hill Dental Group's ad on Facebook, and I took their offer with hesitation. I even rescheduled once because I didn't want to be disappointed again. But their staff was warm and friendly from the get-go. Sofi and the other young lady were very nice, and Maria, the hygienist, was amazing. I had a great experience at Emerald Clinic. The staff were professional, and everything was well organized and efficient. I especially want to thank Sahar, the receptionist, for her kindness and excellent customer service. She was very welcoming, patient, and helpful, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.
