My experiences with Dr Hon Phong have been strictly positive. There have been no issues with any visit, even with some of the more complicated treatments I have gone through. Dr Phong always has a positive demeanor, and has been open to answering any question I have had. With regards to pricing, Dr. Phong is very honest. For instance, once I had done a procedure which had turned out to be less complex than was expected. Accordingly, Dr. Phong reduced the pricing without any request to do so on my part.
Going to the dentist has always been my LEAST favourite thing to do. I used to feel nauseous just thinking about it. I moved and started going to RHDG and I can now honestly say that I am not nervous about going to the dentist anymore, and I had to go 4-5 times to get my teeth caught up after many years of avoiding any dentist. Dr. Phong is an excellent dentist!!! He is very skilled and keeps me calm while informing me what he is doing every step of the way. The best dental care I have ever experienced. He and his staff are professional, courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend Richmond Hill Dental Group.
