I highly recommend this dental office. I've had my teeth cleaned 3 times in 8 months, and I was unhappy because the stains were still on my teeth after the cleaning. I saw Richmond Hill Dental Group's ad on Facebook, and I took their offer with hesitation. I even rescheduled once because I didn't want to be disappointed again. I had a great experience at Emerald Clinic. The staff were professional, and everything was well organized and efficient. I especially want to thank Sahar, the receptionist, for her kindness and excellent customer service. She was very welcoming, patient, and helpful, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Dr Phong does a great job! Recently he fixed my crown, and it fit perfectly. One cannot tell its a crown, because it blends very well with the other teeth. I did not have a great experience with some of the other dentists prior to visiting Dr. Phong. He is passionate about his work and provides good explanations. He wants to see the best outcomes. Gloria and the other staff are also very helpful, patient and kind. Great team here and they all deserve 5 stars!
I’m getting treatments with Dr.Phong for a year now.As a person with a lots of dental concerns, I always don't like dental visits. But Dr.Phong and team are just amazing. He is very professional, knowledgeable and a good listener with patients.He always explains the treatment plan, answer my questions and above all gave me confidence. Also his team is very professional. They made me to feel very comfortable every time I visit.
