ZERO STARS IF I COULD. Terrible experience with Stouffville Auto Glass. Before replacing the windshield on my BMW X1, I specifically asked about aftermarket vs OEM glass. I was told the only real difference was the BMW logo and that the HUD might be about 5% different. Based on that, I agreed. Was referred here by my tint guy, so far the best price and they were very understanding and helpful. My car got broken into a day before the crazy storm and they squeezed me in to get it repaired despite not having any appointment slots available. Would recommend
Had my roof glass crack and they got back to me very quickly. Abdul was very knowledgeable and courteous. They ordered the OE roof and booked me in the next day. It was a big job and they finished in less than 2 days. When I went to pick the car up I noticed some marks that I don't remember seeing (just bought the car a couple weeks before) and confronted Abdul about it. Unbeatable pricing and solid work on the actual glass. They replaced my windshield quickly with a quality non-OEM acoustic one. Put my dashcam mount and auto starter antenna back into place for me as well. However, the trim work left a lot to be desired. Their technicians are clearly better at handling glass than putting exterior trim back together.
