DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE THERE !!! I wouldn't send my pet to this facility. From the time my Mother got there it has been one incident after another. THE DON KRISTY SUCK POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE NO COMMUNICATION SKILLS, allow staff to mistreat patients UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! But they will make sure they get paid for the stay but not make sure that the patients are being taken care of. The food they serve is HORRIBLE again wouldn't feed it to my dog! The patients have to do for themselves hours before anyone come and check on them.... read more
This facility is a hidden gem of the eastern suburbs of Cleveland! It’s is a campus consisting of assisted living buildings, a locked memory care building, and a skilled nursing building (for short-term and long-term care patients.) My mom was in the hospital after a fall at home, and someone had recommended the skilled nursing unit for her, but I didn’t know much about it. I came for a tour and I was so impressed! This place is horrible I have heard and seen the aide talk to people like they were trash reporting does nothing as well they do nothing about it in the AL buildings they leave the residents to wait on food they then serve cold meds are not given out on time I would never place a loved one here
Horrible Horrible Experience. I'm here now living it. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. I'm only here for rehabilitation. And i can't wait to leave. Matter of fact they don't even have any depends to give me to last me through the night 😡 Sad and pathetic. I'm so very pissed right now. How am I supposed to get well in a place that can't provide what need to do so. Just Uuughhhhh I'm so tempted to call Every Newspaper Newsroom and State Office to bring awareness to the situation here.💯
