I’ve read lots of reviews of Richmond Heating here and elsewhere, mostly very complementary. In my case they came up short. In what world would an HVAC company determine that spending more than a grand on a seventeen year old furnace would be a good idea, be unable to get that part, and leave the customer with no heat in January for a week? Communication and decision failures from the technician, through the various family members in the office, and to Dave were obvious.
Very friendly and efficient service. Nick and Hope were amazing! I will be not use another company going forward. Highly recommend!
We have been with Richmond heating for over 10 years, top notch service in a timely manner We had an urgent matter and Nick took could care of it and got us in right away- great pricing and service as well Tanner and Conner showed up early as aspected to get the job done and walked us through everything before , during and afterwards Great workmanship Tanner and Conner & Richmond Heating- highly recommend these guys
Kevin & Tanner did a great job with our emergency furnace replacement, especially considering the timing (new years eve). They went above and beyond in their timing, professionalism and efficiency. Their expertise was greatly appreciated.
Recently our 23 year old furnace needed replacing. After several quotes we decided to go with Richmond. I liked how they are 100% Canadian Company and support local teams. Nick was professional in explaining / quoting Lennox furnaces and features. He was knowledgeable in answering my questions and the quotes were competitive.
