We had Dylan previously deal with my place of business and I knew from his professionalism and way of describing the issues in layman’s terms that I would definitely ask for him for our household needs as well. We are very happy to have found Richmond Heating and Air when our ac packed it in a month ago. We had a few different quotes but were confident we should proceed with Richmond after speaking with Nick who gave honest straightforward advice with no pressure. Colin and Kevin were professional and installed the unit in good time and were happy to answer any questions. We know who to call should we need to replace our furnace in future.
Found Richmond as they were the original installer of our HVAC units at our duplex in 2021. Wasn't aware that annual service was recommended, but glad we didn't wait any longer than we did (year 4 of new units). Dylan was extremely thorough and patient. Explained some details to optimize the use of our systems, which differ in the upper and lower units of our duplex.
