Impark is a terrible company which gouges it's customers. Today I was visiting my terminally I'll father at Richmond hospital. The only vehicle I have is a large Dodge Pickup crew cab with an eight foot bed. I parked in the only suitable lot which was the Richmond Health Center on Gilbert. I found a spot away from any other vehicles and paid for parking with Hang Tag. When I arrived back there was a parking ticked on my winsldshild claiming that I hadn't paid and that I was taking up two stalls. I had paid and my rear bumper... read more
