I had a wonderful experience! Doctor Poliseno has always been so kind, patient, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visits. He took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. I’m so grateful for the care I received and would definitely recommend this practice to others.
The doctor was extremely nice very thorough, and explained everything in depth he had excellent beside manor! The medical assistant was also very kind. I did wait a lot longer than I anticipated which was the only thing that was frustrating. The girls in the front desk were also kind and apologetic. I have not met all the doctors yet but from what I experienced yesterday the environment seems very warm and nurturing.
Staff receptionist pleasant. Dr. Kokinakis is personable, professional, thorough, and timely. I am confident that myself and 2 dtr's are receiving the best possible care from this practice for this I am grateful!!!!!
