My mother saw Dr. Sovrin Shah (urologist) on1/26/2024 and she liked the doctor, he was very professional and knowledgeable. The one star review is for front desk and those who handle prescription authorization. We were calling this place about 6 times as CVS was not able to process the prescription without authorization, every time we were told that someone will address it and call us back when it is done. I’m so grateful that after at least 14 Urologist’s, Dr. Motta diagnosed the problem and actually gave me the correct medication. I couldn’t be more grateful for their staff, they have helped me so much.
