They put me in a knee brace with no diagnosis or paperwork. Have been calling for 3 days to get a diagnosis and paperwork and no response. This center is terrible and gets nothing done, they should be reported. Will attach a picture to show I am in a knee brace and have no clue why. No diagnosis or anything.
My doctor is a nice person, BUT I've never met such a rude and crazy manager in my life. As I understand it, her name is Eileen W, and she's probably burned out and completely forgotten that she deals with patients who have come because of pain. I'm not asking for a kind attitude and warm greetings, but when I go to the doctor's office, I expect the staff to communicate politely and respect my boundaries. I came here for their urgent care. The receptionist, who took 20 minutes to come out of the back while I waited there, told me there was no urgent care in the building and she was very rude and abrupt… It literally said walk-in clinic on the door and it’s definitely an urgent care center. I have no idea why they would lie, maybe they were busy or something, but I would not go here if you are seeking urgent care.
