They are Very Good " WHEN OPEN i.e. ( that is ) ..... I drove there twice from BERKELEY during the Holidays .....they were CLOSED - With " NO SIGN OUTSIDE """ ......How are we to know ??? Did they Close Down PERMANENTLY ? Well - I asked on ' Nextdoor.com' ,and most people seemed to think ' INCLEMENT WEATHER ' can cause Car Wash Places to remain closed.
