I called this salon to schedule a simple service (braid takedown), and the experience was very disappointing. Instead of handling my request professionally, the person who answered questioned why I couldn’t take my own hair down and made unnecessary personal comments about what I “should” be doing myself. When I expressed that I was uncomfortable and reminded her I was calling as a potential client, the response became dismissive and the call was ended abruptly.
