Hi! I've been going to Richmond Green dental for several years now. I find the service to be quite wonderful. The front desk staff are very friendly, efficient and accommodating. Rose in particular has juggled things around to get me in for one appointment instead of two so I didn't have to have my mouth frozen twice. I have never had any wait time, the office is a very calm and comforting place to be. We have been going to Richmond Green Dental for 18 years and there's a reason we keep going back. The office staff, especially Rose, is super friendly, organized, and helpful. Both my kids have always had a positive experience- no anxiety or fear of going to the dentist. They enjoy the movies, calming music, and dental "treat" bags. As my eldest will be leaving for university soon, I'd like to thank Dr. Anna and her team for their efficiency and quality dental care over the years!
Dentist charged my insurance for work that wasn’t done after the dental office got estimate for night guard covered 100% and then told me it wasn’t covered afterwards. Dental office has poor communication and completely ruined my family’s dental care. I wouldn’t go there they are not friendly nor reliable and treat people poorly and don’t take responsibility or admit mistakes.
Do you hate teeth cleaning and dentist pain? Me too! That's why I am so thankful that I have found Dr Sung. He is honestly an A++ dentist that always cares for your comfort, while patiently and professionally working on your teeth. I am not going anywhere else for as long as he is around.
