Change of ownership really shows here right down to the reception staff. Instead of in any way making the situation better, we had an attitude that went from snatching a drivers license to all but slamming keys onto the counter. Customers don’t like having to return when the wrong product is used and requires them to GO BACK when it was a simple window screen replacement. Had VW camper in for stone chip.Called in last Thursdays to book a time to have repaired, they managed to get me in 11.30 Monday 24th. All done by 12.00 midday. Very pleased with the repair and done very quickly.
